The Sites Of Mount Isa - Well, the ones that I have an interest in anyway..

Skateland Mount Isa. It was back in the early 80's anyway. Today, it is a truck repair shop. But from this angle, it looks just like it did when it was still "The Rink".

I went to Kalkadoon Park where the Isa Rodeo is held each year (moving I hear to the racetrack in the heart of Mount Isa).

Lake Moondarra. All kinds of water sports are here. Jet ski, sailing, water skiing, kayaking. A picnic area and behind the dam wall, Warrina Park, another picnic park.

Mount Isa Theatrical Society, or "MITS". Mom helped out at a play here in the early 80's.
